boAt Co-founder and CEO Sameer Mehta has stepped down from the position and will now become the Executive Director. COO Gaurav Nayyar has been appointed as the third CEO after Mehta and Chairperson Vivek Gambhir stepped down in a span of under three years. boAt confidentially filed for an IPO in April and is targeting a valuation of ₹13,000 crore.
