Thirty three-year-old Saliha Begum and her three-month-old baby boy were among the 24 people killed in a collision between a state government bus and a gravel-laden truck in Telangana. A rescue worker, Savitri, said, "The mother was seen hugging the baby when the gravel was removed." Three sisters, including a newly married woman, also lost their lives in the accident.
