Bathinda Rural MLA Amit Rattan, who's the brother-in-law of deceased Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, alleged Kumar's body was shifted to PGIMER Chandigarh without consulting his family. "Injustice is being done with us," said Rattan, brother of Kumar's IAS wife Amneet. Kumar allegedly shot himself dead and left a note accusing eight senior police officers of caste-discrimination and harassment.
