Dismissing chances of pilot error in Air India plane crash, US aviation expert Mary Schiavo stated that in 2019 too fuel switch of Japanese airline's Boeing 787 plane's transitioned from 'Run' to 'Cut-off' on its own. "The plane software made the 787 think it was on the ground and...cut the fuel to engines...Pilots never touched the fuel cut-off," Schiavo added.
