Boeing will temporarily furlough thousands of US executives, managers and employees after over 30,000 machinists went on strike last week. "We are planning for selected employees to take one week of furlough every four weeks on a rolling basis for the duration of the strike," CEO Kelly Ortberg said. Ortberg and other leaders will also "take a commensurate pay reduction".
