Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned until 11 am on Wednesday, amid ruckus by the opposition over several issues, including the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar. The Rajya Sabha didn't transact any business on Tuesday, as it was adjourned twice before the final adjournment. The Lok Sabha was also adjourned thrice in total.
