A boy got emotional and started crying at an event in Gujarat after PM Narendra Modi acknowledged the portrait the boy made for him. "A little boy has brought a drawing for me...His hands must be tired. Someone please collect it. There's no need to cry. Your message has reached me...I'll write a letter to you," PM Modi said.
