Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Wednesday announced a plan to provide $5.5 billion package for the country's exporters hit by high tariffs of up to 50% imposed by US President Donald Trump. "We cannot be scared, nervous, and anxious when there is a crisis. A crisis is for us to create new things," Lula da Silva added.
