Brazil will join South Africa's Gaza genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice, Brazil's foreign ministry said on Wednesday. The Brazilian government said Israel violated international law by "annexation of territories by force." South Africa had filed the case in 2023 asking ICJ to declare Israel was in breach of its obligations under the 1948 Genocide Convention.
