A video shows two Brazilian women screaming as they hugged French President Emmanuel Macron, who was in the country for the annual United Nations climate summit. One of the woman was seen kissing Macron. The French President urged the leaders attending the summit to choose "multilateralism over isolationism", "science over ideology", and "action over fatalism".
