China on Monday said BRICS "doesn't seek confrontation" after US President Donald Trump threatened to impose 10% extra tariff on countries that align with the bloc's "anti-America" policies. "[We have] repeatedly stated...that trade and tariff wars have no winners and protectionism offers no way forward," China said. Trump said he is sending out letters to 12 countries outlining their tariffs.
