Border Security Force (BSF) on Saturday apprehended a senior officer of the Bangladesh Police trying to infiltrate into Indian territory in West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district, ANI reported quoting officials. The police officer was reportedly intercepted near the Hakimpur border outpost between 6 pm and 7 pm. He was later handed over to the West Bengal police.
