State-run telecom giant BSNL has launched a ₹1,999 plan with 330-day validity, offering unlimited calls, 1.5GB daily data, 100 SMS/day, and a free BiTV subscription. Customers recharging via its website or app by October 15 get a 2% discount. BSNL also announced nationwide 4G rollout, a 5G-ready network, and plans to launch its UPI-based payment service, BSNL Pay.
