The Supreme Court criticised Punjab government and said they are building houses for themselves "but cannot construct courts and create judicial infrastructure". The top court said this while hearing about Punjab government's plea challenging orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court on judicial infrastructure for judicial officers in the newly-created Malerkotla district of the state.
