Burman family has sought the removal of Religare Enterprises Chairperson Rashmi Saluja from the board of its subsidiary Care Health Insurance before its AGM, Mint reported. The Burmans argued that the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) ongoing investigation makes Saluja unfit to serve as director, the report added. ED has accused Saluja of cheating and criminal conspiracy against the Burmans.
