Vikas, alias Raja, an accused in the case involving the murder of businessman and BJP leader Gopal Khemka in Patna, was killed in a police encounter. Vikas was involved in the manufacturing and selling of illegal weapons, according to reports. Vikas opened fire at police who were conducting a raid to arrest him, reports added.
