A cab driver who was caught on camera driving rashly to evade police in Noida has been identified as Nasim, but he registered himself as Sonu with the cab aggregator, police said. A video shows the family who were in cab with Nasim urging him to slow down. "They will seize my car due to incomplete paperwork," he purportedly said.
