The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday denied interim bail to Sharmishta Panoli, a 22-year-old Pune law student. Panoli was arrested from Gurugram by Kolkata Police for allegedly posting a video while making derogatory remarks against Islam after Pahalgam terror attack. The court has ordered a stay on all FIRs against her outside the Garden Reach police station area.
