EAM Jaishankar responded to Rahul Gandhi's mockery of his usage of the phrase 'new normal'. "I'll rephrase it. There's a Congress Normal, and there's a Modi Normal," Jaishankar said. He further listed what Modi Normal entails, i.e., not giving in to nuclear blackmail, responding to terrorism in "our way, at our time", and not letting terror and talks go together.
