According to senior consultant Dr Sharad Malhotra, there is no credible clinical evidence that a herbal blend of sweet orange, carrot, and bay leaf extracts can dissolve gallstones or renal calculi. Gallbladder stones form due to cholesterol dysregulation, and nephroliths from mineral crystallization, both conditions require targeted medical intervention.
