Supreme Court inquired if "intruders" who possess Aadhaar cards to avail social security benefits should also be allowed to vote. The question was posed while SC was hearing petitions challenging constitutional validity of ongoing Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. CJI Surya Kant said giving Aadhaar card to migrants living and working in India is "part of our constitutional ethos".
