Sleeping early or sipping tulsi water may help you feel good, but they do not change your body pH. Human blood pH is tightly regulated between 7.35-7.45 by internal systems. No amount of diet, rest, or alkaline water can shift this. The benefits people feel come from healthier habits, not from making the body more 'alkaline.'
