Inflammation is central to nasal polyp formation. Corticosteroids, biologics, and saline irrigation modulate immune response and can reduce polyp burden non-surgically. Though recurrence remains common, understanding inflammatory triggers and maintaining treatment compliance may delay or prevent surgical intervention.
