A relative of Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who shot two National Guards near White House, said Lakanwal served in Afghan Army for 10 years and supported US forces during that time. After Taliban's takeover, Lakanwal moved to US and settled in Washington, relative said. "I cannot believe he might do this," he said, adding that Lakanwal has a wife and five sons.
