Bombay High Court said Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil cannot protest without prior permission from authorities. The court said that while democracy and dissent go hand in hand, demonstrations should be held only at designated places. Jarange warned if Maharashtra government doesn't grant 10% reservation to Marathas, he'll march to Mumbai and begin an indefinite fast from August 29.
