Karnataka High Court has rejected X's plea challenging the legality of the Centre's Sahyog portal and its interpretation of Section 79(3)(b) of the IT Act. Calling social media an "amphitheatre of ideas", the court noted that it "can't be left in a state of anarchic freedom".
