A Delhi court on Monday framed multiple charges against RJD chief Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav in the alleged IRCTC scam case. Tejashwi will remain eligible to contest the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections as of now. Under Indian law, being charged in a case doesn't disqualify a person from contesting. Disqualification occurs only upon conviction.
