Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has confirmed that trade talks between Canada and US have resumed, with an aim to reach a trade deal by July 21. The announcement came after Canada scrapped its Digital Services Tax (DST) on US technology firms. US President Donald Trump had earlier called Canada a "difficult country to deal with".
