The Canadian High Commission in India on Tuesday offered condolences to the families of those killed in the "horrific explosion" near Delhi’s Red Fort and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. High Commission stated that Canadians requiring emergency consular assistance can contact Global Affairs Canada's Emergency Watch and Response Centre. At least eight people were killed in the blast.
