Civil Aviation Ministry directed airlines to let passengers know in time about potential delays and cancel flights if they are late by more than three hours. This comes after Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu chaired a high-level meeting to assess the readiness in view of the early onset of fog and smog in the national capital region.
