Capacite Infraprojects Ltd has won a ₹1,518 crore contract from 25 Downtown Realty Ltd for the "25 Downtown" project in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The order covers construction of four ultra-luxury super high-rise residential towers, a clubhouse, and penthouses with views of Willingdon Golf Course & Arabian Sea. This repeat order strengthens Capacite’s high-end residential market presence.
