Delhi car bomber Dr Umar Nabi differed with al-Qaeda ideology of his co-accused Adeel Rather, Muzammil Ganai and cleric Irfan Wagay, reports said. Umar considered ISIS or Daesh his model, the Indian Express reported, citing investigators. "Al Qaeda leans on attacking Western culture and faraway enemies...ISIS goal is to establish a caliphate and find a nearby enemy," a source said.
