Dr Alok Chopra, a cardiologist in Delhi with 40 years of experience, listed some Indian ingredients and called them "everyday heroes in our Indian kitchen". These are A2 ghee, herbs and spices, dry fruits and legumes and lentils. The cardiologist called A2 ghee "pure fuel for the body and brain" and described legumes and lentils as "wholesome vegetarian protein".
