Carpediem Capital has fully exited Flipspaces, delivering 9-fold returns and 40% IRR, valuing the firm at about $120 million. The exit came via a secondary sale during Flipspaces’ $50 million Series C round. Under Carpediem’s backing, Flipspaces grew revenues 11-fold, entered the US market, and served over 1,000 clients. The deal boosts Carpediem Fund I’s strong track record.
