UP's Ghaziabad Police has taken a man into custody and filed a case after a video showing him purportedly slapping a woman eight times within 38 seconds surfaced online. The woman alleged she was feeding stray dogs at a designated site when the incident took place. In the video, the man can also be heard claiming she hit him first.
