UK's South Holland Police issued a warning over reports of some pet cats returning home with parts of their fur shaved off. Adding that the cats don't appear to be physically harmed, police said, "This [act] will cause the cats anxiety." "This behaviour is completely unacceptable...This is not a bit of fun and needs to stop now," an inspector said.
