A Delhi Police ASI tossed a bunch of cash in the air after he was caught red-handed by Vigilance team while accepting a ₹15,000 bribe from a man. However, the bystanders rushed to collect the notes and fled with about ₹5,000 before the team could control the situation. He demanded bribe for not implicating the man in a false case.
