Despite Central Board of Film Certification's (CBFC) demands of multiple cuts in 'Ajey: The Untold Story of a Yogi', Bombay High Court cleared the film for release without any edits. While addressing the demands, director Ravindra Gautam spoke about reconsidering theatrical release and said, "They rejected the film without even seeing it. The committee gave 30 cuts...which were irrelevant."
