CBI has registered FIR against construction firm Supertech, its promoter RK Arora, and whole-time directors, for allegedly cheating IDBI Bank of ₹126.07 crore, PTI reported. This follows a complaint from the bank, which alleged that the accused submitted forged documents to secure credit facilities under false pretences. CBI had raided locations linked to the accused and seized ₹28.5 lakh cash.
