Justifying the granting of bail to Gaganpreet Kaur, the accused in the BMW crash case, a Delhi court said the CCTV footage doesn't show her car deliberately ramming the bike of Navjot Singh, who died. According to the footage, the court said, the car lost control, struck the divider, flipped, and while flipping, came into contact with the motorcycle.
