CCTV footage investigated by the Delhi Police showed the suspect in white T-shirt night before blast outside the CRPF Public School in Delhi, ANI reported. According to Delhi Police sources, the explosive was kept in a polythene bag and planted in a half to one-foot-deep pit outside the school. The pit was covered with garbage after the explosive was planted.
