A CCTV footage shows a man kidnapping a 5-year-old girl before he allegedly strangled her to death after she resisted rape in Karnataka's Hubballi. The accused, identified as a native of Bihar, was shot dead in an encounter after he allegedly attacked officers while in custody on Sunday. The girl had accompanied her mother, who works as a house help.
