A new CCTV video has emerged showing the moment a massive explosion took place at Nowgam Police Station in J&K, killing at least nine people. The footage, recorded around 11.22 pm, shows a flash of light followed by a powerful blast that engulfed the premises. The incident happened while officials were inspecting large quantity of explosives seized after Delhi blast.
