In a major win for IndiGo’s AGILE ground staff, all employees will now receive Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) based on Central Government rates, paid biannually in April and October. Previously limited to selected staff, the new VDA structure offers monthly hikes ranging from ₹500–₹800 based on skilled to unskilled staff, resulting in annual gains between ₹21,000 and ₹1.16 lakh per employee.
