Building on success in Kanpur and Agra, Flatted Factory Complexes are being developed in Ghaziabad and Lucknow with central government approval. Covering 9,734 and 7,901 sq ft respectively, the projects will provide 88 new MSME units, reflecting UP’s commitment to affordable, ready-to-use business spaces for small entrepreneurs.
