Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said Centre brought the GST reforms as the elections are close and US President Donald Trump's pressure is mounting. "When PM Modi came to power he made statements like 'Trump is my friend'. Then Trump made statements that ruined environment in India and the world," he said. Kharge accused Centre of not executing foreign policy properly.
