Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said he wasn't consulted by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways before they finalised the foundation stone laying ceremony of multiple infrastructure projects, which took place in Shivamogga on July 14. He claimed the invitations with his name were circulated publicly, and he was officially invited only on July 11, just three days before the event.
