The central government, led by BJP, is expected to start the Census in 2025, a report has said, adding that delimitation of Lok Sabha seats will start after this. The delimitation is expected to be completed by 2028. The population was supposed to be counted in 2021. Earlier, reports said the government is also considering including caste count in Census.
