Central government transferred ₹4,28,544 crore to state governments as devolution of share of taxes, ₹61,914 crore higher than previous year, Finance Ministry said on Friday. The government received ₹10,95,209 crore from April to July of FY25, which comprises ₹6,61,812 crore as net tax revenue, ₹4,03,608 crore as non-tax revenue, and ₹29,789 crore as part of non-debt capital receipts.
