Vanderbloemen Search Group CEO William Vanderbloemen has claimed that employees who're successful and happy at work have six things in common. These are having a good boss, work-life balance, enough money, autonomy and flexibility, professional growth and meaningful work, he alleged. Vanderbloemen, who also founded the executive search firm, added that they have interviewed 30,000 people there.
